Android demo
Get WallUPI
Install it, trigger a scam scenario, and watch a payment get paused with the reasons laid out. Nothing here touches a real bank account.
Two honest notes
The WallUPI app is a demonstration UPI app: it does not move real money, it is not a bank, and it is not a licensed financial service. The safety layer inside it is the real product, built for other UPI apps to use. And the advice we give everywhere else applies to us too: only install files from a source you trust, and check where a download link points before you tap it.
Installing it
- Tap Download for Android on the phone you want to try it on.
- Open the downloaded file. Android asks whether to allow installs from this source, which is normal for an app that is not from a store.
- Confirm the install and open WallUPI.
- To reach every scam scenario, sign in with the demo account: phone 0000000000, name Kavy.
What to try first
- Open the message list and compare how a real bank alert is scored against a fake one.
- Start a payment to the number that sent the suspicious message, and read the warning that appears.
- Turn on the simulated incoming call, try the same payment again, and watch it get paused instead.
